Hi, Phillip has over 30 years experience across private enterprise, local and state government.

Phillips experience includes land-based and water-based developments across all land use zones. Land uses range from rural dams to dual-occupancies and multi-unit dwellings, commercial and industrial to open space and recreational developments.

Phillip has gained considerable knowledge of the planning processes across government, which include councils of: Hawkesbury, Strathfield, Blue Mountains, Eurobodalla, Hunters Hill, Botany Bay, Port Stephens, Liverpool and currently represented at Burwood Council, state governmnet departments/agencies of NSW Maritime, NSW Planning and NSW Building Professionals Board. In representing some councils, Phillip has had land and environment court (LEC) experience dealing with urban development proposals.

Phillip has also assisted a group of private certifiers when assessing projects under the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008, and preparation of development application to councils involving the preparation of Statement of Environmental Effect (S.E.E) documents and lodgement of development applications to the relevant councils.

  • private wharves, jetties, pontoons, slipways and dredging along the Sydney Harbour foreshore
